Five years ago, we purchased this nail salon under the name Dipped. We loved the potential, but it wasn’t aligned with our true vision, and honestly, the place was a mess. The previous team left, customers left, and we inherited a long trail of bad reviews. We were left with one employee and almost no clients.

But we didn’t give up.

We rebuilt everything from the ground up—our team, our culture, our standards, our reputation. Every client who walked through our doors became a reason to keep pushing. Every challenge became motivation to create the kind of studio we always dreamed of.

Now, after five years of growth, learning, and constant improvement, the business is finally strong enough—and we are confident enough—to bring to life what we always believed this salon could be.
