She's a great example of what I do when your hair doesn't naturally hold a curl very well.
Every appointment teaches us something about your hair. Maybe it needs a smaller curling iron. Maybe loose waves will last longer than curls. Maybe a different styling technique or product will give you better longevity!
The goal isn't usually to make your hair do what someone else's does, it's to learn what works best for your hair and create a style that fits your natural texture and lifestyle.
Today, we left the curls in without combing them out or over-styling them so she could enjoy wearing them as they were. At her next appointment, we'll use what we learned today to refine the technique and make it even better.
Beautiful hair isn't about perfection, t's about finding what works best for you. ๐
