This month has been filled with so much heartbreaking news. So many lives have been lost, and each one represents a family grieving, friends mourning, and loved ones whose lives have been changed forever.

Life is truly precious and unpredictable. Moments like these remind us not to take the people around us for granted. Let’s choose kindness, check in on those we care about, forgive when we can, and cherish every moment we are blessed to have together.

My thoughts and prayers are with everyone who has lost someone this month. May those who have passed rest in peace, and may their families and loved ones find strength, comfort, and hope during this difficult time.
