If you’re looking to grow long, healthy hair here are a few of our best tips:

1) Less is more with heat styling. Unfortunately, heat is the enemy of having healthy locks. If you are a blonde the hair is delicate after blonding and needs even more special care with heat styling.

Try cutting back on how often you are using a curling iron and instead opt for spraying in a texture or wave spray to your hair.

2) Use quality hair products. We recommend a heat protectant and hair mask that can deep condition your strands.

3) Schedule your regular trims to keep your ends from breaking too far up the hair shaft.
