As we approach the fun holidays, we also approach flu season 🤒 ~ no one wants to be sick for any special occasions they have coming up, so to reduce the chance im asking that everyone booked November and December to please wear a mask during your appointment. I will be wearing one as well.

*This will be a new thing I do every year going forward because im always sick during Christmas break (which includes my birthday) and I'm attempting to hopefully change that.

Hello all! Just wanted to post an update of some minor updates I will be doing with booking~

I've been having a lot of no call no shows/last minute cancellations/reschedules. I am totally understanding that life happens and things change- please be aware that accommodating these changes can be sometimes difficult as I book a month out or more. With that said, it is starting to effect my income and preventing others from being able to book as I've turned them away, only to be left with spots impossible to fill last minute.

*All haircolor or extension appointments now require 3 day (72hrs) notice of changes (originally 24hrs). Anything under 3 days will result in a 30% cancellation fee. These appointments and are harder to fill when changes happen vs haircuts. Haircuts are still 1 day notice.

*Deposits are now the same as the cancellation fee- 30% of the estimated total. (originally a set $ amount)

*A valid credit/debit card has always been required. If it is expired or lost, please update it as soon as you can. I will be asking at checkout if the card on file is valid. You will not be charged unless a no show or under 72/24hrs cancelation has happened.

there are email and text reminders for your appointments always. 🖤 please refer to that as timing of any changes being made to your appointments. you can always text me for any questions.
