FUN(ny) FACT: I once told someone 💀 serious that BOSU was a Japanese word that meant “both sides up” and you can use both sides and that’s why it was called a BOSU ball. I SWORE I read that somewhere. Fact check? It’s literally just BOSU for BOth Sides Up/Utilized. Some guy in NJ invented it🙃
