Mondays are for education!  I got to learn all about this fabulous new keratin treatment that makes your hair, silky straight, and no bad  smell at all! The hand types, normal, color treated, or highlighted. I got to get my hands in it and try it out! I’m already stocked up.

I love it when a client calls or sent a text with a picture of what they want. And then the big question.” do you know how to cut a mullet”? Needless to say, I graduated beauty school in 1982. That was the year of the Bi level haircut first came out. 10 or so years later, Billy Ray Cyrus brought back a haircut sent to me known as the mullet. Business in the front, party in the back! Long story, short, I got to get my razor out and play again today!

Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes! I don’t mind being 62 at all! I’ve learned a lot, and I’m truly living my best life! The wonderful Caregiver is staying with Mom this weekend, and my friend Chris and I are having an adventure. Thrifted our way down to Key Largo ! Had an amazing dinner, checked into our hotel at our going to watch the sunset right outside our back door. Bought myself a little penguin sculpture for my birthday! And maybe a few other things! Snorkling tomorrow! More food and fun! It’s taken 62 years, but I’m truly living my best life! Love to all!

Dogs can eat the same breakfast, walk the same street, sleep in the same corner, and greet the same people every day, yet somehow they wake up acting like life has just given them another incredible opportunity.

Maybe that is because happiness for a dog is not built around constantly wanting more - it comes from dependable routines, good dog nutrition, exercise, playtime, affection, and the security of knowing exactly where they belong.

Regular dog training, preventive veterinary care, pet wellness checks, healthy dog food, and daily walks may seem like ordinary responsibilities to us, but to them those simple routines create an entire world of safety and excitement.

There is something worth learning from an animal that can find pure happiness in an old tennis ball, the sound of a food bowl, the same walking route, and seeing their favorite person walk through the door again.
