My cancellation policy has been in place since 2021, but it’s time for me to start holding firm to it.
As cliché as it sounds, it truly isn’t personal—it’s business. When you’re a small business owner, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a real impact.
I appreciate every single one of my clients and hope this video helps explain the “why” behind my policy. 💛

Now that 2026 is officially underway, I wanted to gently remind everyone that my pricing was updated when I moved into my new location in July to reflect increased operating costs.
Most of you have already adjusted to the new pricing, but if you’re unsure or may have missed the update, please take a moment to review the current service prices on my website.
Additionally, after careful consideration, I am no longer offering keratin smoothing services due to increased health risks associated with these treatments for hairstylists.
