Take the trip. Watch the sunset somewhere new. Touch water you’ve never touched. Sit on land you’ve never sat on, and allow yourself to be in awe of it all. If you’re dreaming of a place, it’s for a reason. It’s probably dreaming of you, too.
If you’re seeing this, unclench your jaw. Here is a reminder that everything that we are holding in our jaw and our throat is a reflection of what we are holding in our womb space.
Whether we’re not saying what we want to say, whether it be trauma, emotions, words, or expression of any type, find a way to get it out of your body.
Also, this might be a sign that you need womb healing. Start with journaling. Give yourself somewhere to express it and let it out instead of it taking up space as stagnation in the body.

Hi, I’m Candice. I’m so happy you’re here! I thought I’d introduce myself for some of my new followers.
I’m a Reiki Master, 500 RYT yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, sound healing practitioner, and womb healing guide. I’m deeply obsessed with the power of the womb, the wisdom of Mother Earth, the breath, and fascinated by the world of our dreams. I love working with the elements, energy, and the alchemy of the womb. I talk to trees, listen for their messages, and love sharing what they have to say. And if you know me, you know there’s a little witchy magic in everything I do.
My soul loves adventure, traveling, exploring new places, deep conversations, nature, sunsets, meeting new people, and finding magic in the ordinary. I love creating safe spaces for connection, leading Reiki trainings and all different kinds of retreats, and guiding people back to their bodies, their own inner wisdom, and their power. I believe that when we slow down and allow the practice to guide us, it can lead us exactly where we need to go. I believe we are our own healers, and that everything we need already exists within us.
