There are so many things that can leave our natural lashes damaged, sparse, weak or struggling to grow, and truthfully, we’ve all been there in some way.

As lash artists, we have to be honest too.

When I first started my lash journey, I was a beginner learning my craft. My isolation wasn’t always perfect. I made mistakes. I remember clients coming back for fills and seeing things I knew I needed to improve, and I would be distraught because I genuinely cared about my clients and their natural lashes.

But over time, I stopped looking at those moments as something to be ashamed of.

I turned my mistakes into lessons, and those lessons became part of my testimony.

I studied. I practiced. I learned the importance of proper isolation, weight, placement, removal, aftercare and understanding the condition of the natural lash before creating a beautiful set.

Now I’m blessed to take everything I’ve learned and pour it back into my clients. 🥂

Because lash artistry shouldn’t only be about how beautiful your extensions look.

It should also be about the health of the lashes underneath them.

That’s why I created Vivid Lash Recovery and Let Me Fix Your Lashes™ for the woman who still wants to feel beautiful while prioritizing the health of her natural lashes.

My name is Tadell Lee Ann, licensed esthetician, lash artist, educator, and the woman behind Vivid Esthetics by Lee Ann.

I started my lash journey in 2018, and when I say lashing changed my life, I truly mean it. It gave me purpose during times when I needed something to pour myself into, and over the years, it became so much more than a career.

One of my favorite parts of what I do is the women I get to meet along the way. I love creating beautiful lashes, but I also love pouring into women, building genuine connections, sharing knowledge, and creating a space where women can feel beautiful, seen, confident, and cared for.

And the more I’ve grown in this industry, the more I’ve realized that my purpose goes beyond creating a beautiful set.

I genuinely love helping and educating — whether that means educating a client about her natural lashes or helping another lash artist become more knowledgeable and intentional behind the chair.

That passion has led me into the next evolution of Vivid Esthetics by Lee Ann.

Introducing Vivid Lash Health + Recovery™ — an extension of Vivid focused on natural lash health, intentional artistry, education, and recovery.

At the center of this new direction is my Lash Health Assessment™, allowing me to take a closer look at what’s happening underneath the extensions and provide personalized recommendations based on the condition of your natural lashes.
