I think it’s time for another health update.
Sorry I’ve been a little quiet lately, but honestly there isn’t much to report other than success. My appetite control has been incredible, my mindset around food has completely changed, and my life has been changed forever.
This morning I woke up officially 51 pounds down. I hit another milestone, and I’ve been emotional all morning reflecting on my childhood, my teenage years, and adulthood how much I’ve struggled with obesity, losing weight, gaining it back, and feeling stuck in that cycle.
For the first time in my life, I feel like I’ve found something I can consistently do long-term. Food no longer controls my thoughts the way it used to. The constant battle in my mind is finally quiet.
I know GLP-1 medications aren’t for everyone, but for me, this has been life-changing. If I could give one piece of advice, it would be this: make the decision to invest in your health today. Stop waiting for the perfect time. You deserve to feel good, too.
And if you’re considering this journey, know that I’ll be cheering you on every step of the way. I love seeing people win. I love watching people take their lives back. I know what it feels like to struggle, and I know what it feels like to finally have hope again.

Journey update! 💕
I woke up another pound down this morning, which means I’m officially 49 pounds down going into summer! It has been an incredible journey so far.
Unfortunately, last Sunday I had an accident with my eye, and it has been a little rough. Thankfully, I’m healing and things are moving in the right direction. This health journey has definitely had its ups and downs, but I think that’s just part of life. Unexpected things happen, and all we can do is keep moving forward.
Overall, I feel great. I’ve really been focusing on the things I need to do instead of avoiding them. I’ve been working on my physical health, my mental health, and really piecing myself back together.
Not just as a mom, but as a person who is trying to better herself for her children, her community, and for herself.
I’m grateful to be heading in a positive direction and excited to see where this journey takes me next. ❤️
