I used to think getting healthy was mostly about changing your body.

The older I get, the more I realize how connected it all is.

Your thoughts.
Your choices.
Your body.
Your spirit. 🤍

You can’t neglect one part of yourself and expect the rest to thrive.

Mind. Body. Spirit.

Maybe health isn’t about trying harder.

Maybe it’s about learning to care for the whole person God created. 🌊🤍

What’s one area of your health you’ve been realizing needs a little more attention lately?

Happy Birthday in Heaven, Mom. ❤️

I went 17 years without seeing my mother.

When I finally got to spend a weekend with her in New York City, I had no idea how precious those few days would eventually become.

We weren’t always close. But we were starting to get much closer, and I think that’s part of what made losing her hurt so much.

I thought we’d have more time.

More conversations.
More pictures.
More hugs.
More ordinary days together.

But today, instead of only being sad about what I didn’t get, I’m choosing to be grateful for what DID happen. ✨

I got that weekend. ❤️

I got to know my mom again.

I got to hug her again.

And I have that memory that nobody can ever take away from me.

Losing her taught me something I don’t ever want to forget:

We live like we have forever. We don’t.

Love people while they’re here.

Take the picture.

Make the phone call.

Forgive when you can.

Take care of the body God gave you.

And stop putting your LIFE off until someday.

I can’t control how much time I’m given.

But I can choose what I do with the time I have. ❤️

Not because I’m afraid to die.
Because I’m grateful to be alive.

“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit…”
1 Corinthians 6:19 NIV 🙏🏻

I hope you’re celebrating with Jesus today, Mom. ❤️

Happy Birthday. I love you. And I’m so grateful God gave us that weekend together. 🕊️❤️

I spent way too many years believing being hard on myself would make me better. It didn’t. ❤️

“I always mess everything up.”

“I hate my body.”

“I’ll never change.”

“I’m such a failure.”

I used to think talking to myself like that would somehow motivate me to change.

But I’ve learned there’s a BIG difference between holding myself accountable and tearing myself apart.

“I made a choice I don’t love” is not the same as “I’m a failure.”

“I want to take better care of my body” is not the same as “I hate my body.”

And “I messed up today” does NOT have to become “I’ll never change.”

You can take responsibility AND give yourself grace.

speak kindly to yourself. Even when you fall short.

Even with no filter on. 🥰

You can want to grow AND love the person you’re becoming.

The way you speak to yourself is part of wellness too. ❤️

And maybe my shirt says it best…

LET’S TAKE IT TO GOD TOGETHER. 🙏🏻❤️

Sometimes you just gotta go on a date with your hunny and be ridiculous. 😂❤️

Walk around the mall being goofy.

Go hiking.

Laugh at absolutely nothing.

Put the phones down for a little bit.

Breathe.

Pray.

Rest.

Just BE together.

We spend SO much of our lives doing.
Working. Building. Planning. Trying to become better. Trying to get somewhere.

And sometimes taking care of ourselves looks like remembering to actually enjoy the life God has already given us. ❤️

Not everything has to be productive.

Not every moment needs to become something.

Sometimes you just need to be still, be present, be ridiculous with someone you love and thank God you’re here.

“Be still, and know that I am God.”
Psalm 46:10 NIV 🙏🏻

P.S. Yes, we will pray for you too. 😂🙏🏻❤️

Don’t forget to actually LIVE the life you’re working so hard to build.

We live like we have forever. We don’t.

I went 17 years without seeing my mother.
When I finally did, I didn’t know that time
would become so precious.

These photos are some of what I have left
from that weekend together. ❤️

She beat the cancer.
But the chemo meant to save her life took it instead.

And that taught me something I’ll never forget:

Stop living like you have unlimited time.

I can’t control what happens to me.
But I CAN control what I do with this body
right now to cherish my temple.

Your time is real.
Your body is real.
Your life is real.

And there’s still an opportunity to make
a different choice.

Comfort has a cost. 👀

And some of us need to stop pretending we don’t know what we’re doing.

We KNOW we need to move our bodies.
We KNOW we need to nourish ourselves better.
We KNOW we need rest.
We KNOW certain habits are draining us.
We KNOW there are things we keep saying we’ll change “tomorrow.”

Yet somehow tomorrow keeps becoming next week… next month… next year.

At some point, knowing better has to become DOING differently.

Almost 9 years into my health journey, I’ve learned there are things I simply refuse to make optional anymore.

And now Greg and I live this together. ❤️

We’re watching too many people wait until they feel exhausted, overwhelmed or completely disconnected from themselves before taking their wellness seriously.

We don’t want to just survive this life.

We want FREEDOM.

A strong mind.
A body we intentionally care for.
God at the center.
And a life we actually LIVE. ❤️

Wellness is SO much bigger than one thing… and I’m ready to start sharing more of what we’ve learned. 👀🔺

So maybe the question isn’t only “What do I need to do?”

Maybe it’s…

“I already know some of what I need to do. Why am I still choosing not to do it?”

What is staying the same costing YOU?

09/15/2026

Sometimes the hardest time to show up for yourself is when you need yourself the most. ❤️

I caught myself doing it again.

I was exhausted, my routine changed and slowly I stopped doing some of the little things that normally help me take care of myself.

And that’s the thing about wellness…

It’s not ONE product.
It’s not ONE meal.
It’s not ONE workout.

It’s learning how to care for your mind, body and spirit, especially when life gets heavy. 🌱

Sometimes 1% better is doing something BIG.

And sometimes it’s simply getting up and returning to one small thing you know is good for you.

You don’t need to restart your life Monday.

Return today. ❤️

Take care of your body.
Pay attention to your mind.
Protect your spirit.

Because you can’t continually pour from an empty cup.

What’s ONE thing you can return to today?

STOP RESTARTING. START RETURNING. 🤍

One of the biggest patterns I’ve noticed around self-sabotage is how easily one choice can become an excuse to abandon the next one.

I’ve seen this pattern in my own life too, and it’s one of the reasons I’m so passionate about helping women get CURIOUS about self-sabotage instead of immediately criticizing themselves for it.

Maybe you recognize this:

You make one choice that wasn’t part of the plan.

Then your brain goes…

“Well, I already messed up.”

Then…

“Might as well enjoy today.”

And finally…

“I’ll start again Monday.”

Sound familiar? 👀😂

But here’s the question:

Why do we need Monday?

Why does one choice have to become an entire weekend?

Why does getting off course for one moment mean we have to declare ourselves “off track”?

What if instead of another RESTART…

we simply RETURNED?

❌ Restarting says:

“I blew it. I’ll start again Monday.”

🤍 Returning says:

“That choice is over. My next choice is still mine.”

No punishment.

No shame.

No trying to “make up for it.”

No waiting for another Day 1.

Just make the next intentional choice.

That’s something we’re intentionally practicing during Reset & Rise because I’m not interested in helping women build habits that only survive a 24-day program.

I want us building something we can carry into Day 25 and beyond.

And maybe getting 1% better doesn’t mean never falling into an old pattern again.

Maybe sometimes 1% better means recognizing the pattern sooner and interrupting it one choice earlier.

That’s growth. 🔥

AWARENESS → CURIOSITY → CHOICE → RETURN

That’s the practice.

MIND. BODY. SPIRIT.

Day 1/24 🤍

We’re not just practicing how to start.

We’re practicing how to continue.
