Creator and Founder, Raffi Pogosyan, started Bleu Heaven from his home kitchen & garage. With many years of extensive research and countless hours of alchemy, Raffi has created a product that will heighten one's senses. The name Bleu Heaven comes from not only the euphoric feeling customers will experience, but also his strong faith in God that initially gave him the idea to create the company.
