Anthony came in with knee pain and a crazy adhesion in his right shoulder blade. We did cupping and deep tissue work.

The client experienced lower back strain due to improper lifting technique characterized by a 'butt wink' at the bottom of his lifts. This issue can stem from various factors. I targeted his posterior chain to mitigate the discomfort and also focused on calf exercises to enhance ankle mobility.
