At Ease Massage

Before I was a massage therapist, I was an ultrarunner.

This weekend, I ran a 5K every hour for 24 hours at the the Annual Pemberton 24 Race near Salisbury, MD

Trust me when I tell you, I know what it feels like when your body hurts. 😂

I’ve spent years learning what recovery feels like from the other side of the table, and now I get to bring that experience to my work as an LMT.

I know what hard training feels like. I know what tired muscles feel like. And I know how important good recovery can be.

Everybody is different. Every Body is different.

The room is slowly taking shape ✨
Weekend by weekend, new experiences unfold here… and something special is building.
I can’t wait to show you what’s coming. 🤍

Your body called… it said “please stop doing this to me” 😅

I’ve got ONE spot left this weekend at At Ease Massage, and it’s perfect for anyone currently held together by stress, caffeine, and questionable posture.

Got knots? I’ve got solutions.

If this weekend’s a no-go, don’t worry — there are openings in the next few weeks so you can still come get un-crunched and human again.
