Her training began in high school and she went on to earn her cosmetology license in 1999. Over the years, Alycia has continued to educate herself on new techniques and certifications to stay abreast of the latest hair trends. She believes that healthy hair begins from the inside out, and it is always her goal to develop a care plan to assist her clients in reaching their full potential with their mane. Hair is not only her profession, but her ministry.
