Mr.Couts The Fragrance Guy
Welcome to Mr. Couts The Fragrance Guy! This page is where we grow together discovering new scents
Here’s the rotation from last week — and I definitely wasn’t stuck in one lane. 😂🔥
I went from fresh summer vibes to dark, smooth, nighttime scents, with a little clone action mixed in:
🌙 Declassified Roman Nights
🖤 Dolce & Gabbana Intenso
🔴 Polo Red
🌊 Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Summer Vibes
✨ Lattafa Fakhar
🌬️ The Clone Imagine Noise No. 87
⛈️ The Clone Thunderstorm No. 93
That’s what I love about fragrances — your scent can change with your mood, the weather, the occasion, or just because you felt like smelling different that day.
Out of these 7, which ONE are you grabbing first? And what did you wear the most last week?

The full review of Paris Corner Plum Liquor is officially LIVE! 🍇🥃
With a name like Plum Liquor, I expected something dark, heavy, rich, and extremely boozy…but this fragrance went in a completely different direction.
To my nose, Plum Liquor gives you a juicy, rich, jammy plum sweetness with a warm boozy backbone, a splash of honey, and a touch of brown sugar. It almost smells like somebody turned a beautiful plum cocktail into a fragrance.
But there’s one thing about this scent that could either make you want a bottle immediately…or make you stay completely away from it.
In my full Paris Corner Plum Liquor review, I break down the scent, performance, sweetness, best occasions, and whether I think this affordable Middle Eastern fragrance is actually worth buying.
The full review is up NOW. Go check it out and come back and tell me:
Is Plum Liquor TOO SWEET…or is this exactly how a plum fragrance should smell?

This Smells Like a Plum Cocktail You Can Wear 🍇🥃
The best way I can describe Paris Corner Plum Liquor is to imagine a juicy, rich and intense jammy plum sweetness with a slightly sharp, warm, boozy base.
Then throw in a splash of honey and a sprinkle of brown sugar.
Now you’ve got yourself one beautiful cocktail.
And I said it in the review — this might be the kind of scent that has you drunk in love with the fragrance while your scent trail has everybody around you intoxicated.
If you enjoy sweet, fruity and boozy fragrances, Plum Liquor deserves your attention.
But I want to know what y’all think:
Does this sound addictive…or TOO SWEET?

I went into Paris Corner Plum Liquor expecting a dark, heavy, boozy fragrance.
That is NOT where this went.
To my nose, Plum Liquor gives me this juicy, rich and intense jammy plum sweetness, sitting over a slightly sharp, warm boozy base. Add a splash of honey and a sprinkle of brown sugar, and it starts smelling like a beautiful plum cocktail.
But there’s one part of this fragrance that could either make you want a bottle immediately—or make you stay completely away from it.

Messiah’s Elixir Smells Heavenly
Christopher Lee Fragrances named this one Messiah’s Elixir, and somehow the scent actually lives up to that powerful name.
It opens with bright citron, pink pepper, juicy blackberry and pear. As it develops, creamy praline and jasmine move in before musk, oakwood and vetiver create a smooth, polished drydown.
To my nose, it is heavenly, angelic, seductive and rare. It has the type of mysterious, magnetic energy that makes you feel ready for a dinner date, upscale lounge or black-tie event.
Christopher Lee put his foot in this one.
Would you try Messiah’s Elixir?
Hawas Diva does not smell the same from beginning to end.
The fragrance starts sweet and playful, but vanilla and musk eventually smooth everything into a warm, creamy drydown. A subtle smoky trace remains in the background, giving it a darker and more seductive personality.
That transition from cute to grown is what makes the fragrance interesting.

Fresh, crisp, aromatic, and woody. This is an easy grab when I want to smell clean, masculine, and put-together without wearing anything too heavy.

Safari Breeze Is a Fruit Festival in a Bottle
Body
Safari Breeze gives me more than a simple citrus opening.
It reminds me of an outdoor fruit festival where mandarins are being cut and peeled, citrus fills the air, the heat is rising, music is playing, and people are moving everywhere.
This is not a calm or quiet summer fragrance.
It walks into the room with personality, confidence, and bravado.
Safari Breeze feels made for the person who wants their fragrance to become part of the energy around them.
Would you wear it this summer?

Mandarin Sky Elixir Comes Alive When the Sun Goes Down
Mandarin Sky Elixir begins with freshness, spice, and attitude.
Lavender, cardamom, and black pepper shape the opening. Then caramel, tonka bean, incense, patchouli, vanilla, and vetiver begin coming through, making the fragrance warmer, sweeter, and more seductive.
This is the kind of scent that feels made for the moment the sun disappears and the summer nightlife begins.
The lights come on. The doors open. The music starts.
This fragrance makes me want to get dressed, go out, and make an entrance.
Would you wear Mandarin Sky Elixir for a summer night out?
