Homemade soaps, bath bombs, lotions, and more. All products are cruelty-free and most are vegan friendly. That went over quite well but I wasn't satisfied.
Each product is all natural and made completely from scratch in my home (including Castile based soaps and bar soaps). I want to start off by by saying thank you for joining me in my venture. I’m going to use this section to tell you a little about myself. I think it is important for you, the consumer, to have some knowledge of the person/company that you are purchasing from. I think that we feel
more confident in what we are consuming if we do, at least I do. That being said, I am a 45 year old mother of two (ages 21 & 18). I have a bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Science from the University of Kentucky and hold the title of Clinical Laboratory Scientist with accreditation by the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP). My focuses are in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunohematology, urinalysis, and coagulation. About 6 years ago I became disabled due to multiple autoimmune conditions and other chronic illnesses. Science, especially chemistry, has always been my passion. Needless to say, becoming disabled was a devastating moment (amongst others) in my life. I was no longer able to perform a job that I loved and take care of the patients that I cared deeply for. I struggled to accept my life for what it is and continued to mourn the life I once had. Back in September of 2021, I finally decided that I was no longer going to let my illness's define me. I started brain-storming ways that I could use my education and skills that I am so passionate about and continue to help myself and others at the same time. That's when the idea hit me as I said to myself, "You have been practicing homeopathic medicine on yourself for years. With your chemistry, microbiology, and medical knowledge, how hard could it be to make soap??" I started out by buying one gallon of Castile soap and using the plethora of essential oils that I already had to make hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent. That's when I decided to learn how to make my own Liquid Castile Soap and bar soaps. So, this brings us to today. I now write my own recipe's for both Castile and bar soaps, make bath bombs, and have started making and writing my own recipe's for body lotion. I just recently wrote a recipe for sunscreen that I am excited to try out this summer. ALL ingredients used in my essential/fragrance oils, soaps, and bath bombs are all-natural, cruelty-free, free of harsh chemicals, detergents, and preservatives, petrochemical (petroleum bi-product) free, and free of parabens/phthalates. (Essential oils are all therapeutic grade and fragrance oils are produced by Essential Depot in association with the ‘GreenerLifeClub’, ‘GreenerLifeDiamond’, and ‘GreenerLifeCertified’) Soap’s, bath bombs, and their fragrance blends are handcrafted from scratch in the comfort of my home. I believe in quality over quantity. I am local only for the moment because I can not drive so most of my sales will be out of my home or at booths in art fairs until I can finish setting up shipping and payment methods. I am working on this as fast as I can, so please be patient with me while I figure everything out.
