My threshold for creepy disgusting comments are absolutely zero. There’s always going to be some creep that makes comments on my videos, but if you see me swearing like a sailor to someone and not being the professional person you know me to be, that’s why 😇

Reframing the thought of exercise from a chore to helping my body not feel like 💩 has really helped me want to get back to exercising again, regularly. I’m happy to be able to function again, without constant tension in my body.

I took a break to celebrate my birthday with my husband this week 💕 I turned 32, and we’ve been in 3 different states, enjoying time in the sun and seeing lots of cool sites!
I have availability for when I get back, starting on the 19th. Come in for a session in my studio soon!
