This class focuses on constructing the pelvic girdle from the deepest structures out to the surface structures. Once we are reminded of all the structures involved and the functions of those structures, how do we apply treatments, from the outside in, to alleviate dysfunction based on this knowledge.

Continuing Education Event 🎟️🗓️ Acupressure

October 17-18, 2026 from 9am - 6pm

This course will introduce fundamental techniques of acupressure. It will teach students how to locate commonly used points and evaluate them in terms of excess and deficiency. It will also teach students techniques to tonify, sedate and disperse the energy that flows through the points.

As we wrapped up our on-site accreditation visit earlier this month, it's a great reminder of the importance of accreditation in the massage therapy training field.
