Role Description:The role also involves supporting retail sales of skincare products, providing knowledgeable product education, and contributing to client retention through exceptional customer service. The Esthetician will maintain a clean, safe work environment, adhere to all health and sanitation regulations, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry practices.

Qualifications:
Professional esthetic skills in Skin Care , including performing facials and related treatments. Dermaplane certification helpful.
Competence in Hair Removal services, such as waxing or other approved methods, with attention to client comfort and safety.
Strong Customer Service abilities, including clear communication, active listening, and a client-centered approach.
Basic Sales and product recommendation skills to support retail skincare sales and treatment plan follow-through.
Current esthetics license in the state of Kentucky (or eligibility to obtain before start date).
Commitment to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in a professional skincare environment.
Ability to work full-time on-site, manage appointments efficiently, and collaborate within a small studio team.
Interest in organic and holistic skincare practices; prior experience in spa or skincare settings is preferred.
