First step was color remover for 20 mins and then added lightener with 20vol on top of that for another 20. Once we rinsed we proceeded to do a bleach cap at the bowl with 30 vol for 10mins. Once at desired level we pretended, root melted, and re toned with

We ended the service with a leave in treatment, haircut, and beautiful style.
