A dear person in my life is launching something I'm so proud to share - an Essential Tremor Support Group, open to all, starting Sunday, June 14th at 3:00 PM CST on Zoom.
Essential Tremor is one of the most common neurological conditions, affecting an estimated 10 million people in the US - and it runs in my own family across multiple generations.
The isolation that often comes with it is real.
This group exists to change that. Connect. Share. Find strength together.
Their first guest speaker is Mark Honeyman of the documentary Still Honeyman - his story and his experience with DBS surgery are truly worth hearing.

Walking might be one of the most underrated things you can do for your health.
It supports:
• your joints
• your heart
• your metabolism
• your mood
• your energy
