In true Monique fashion, I always put myself last.

I will work myself to burnt out, almost like it’s a badge of honor. It’s not, & I know that.
But as a solo business owner it’s so hard to balance everything.
The only thing I can do to fix it is implement new routines that make running my business smoother.
Because you hear me tell you to not pour from an empty cup, yet I don’t HEAR it myself.

I truly love when you guys don’t expect the new things that I have learned or added into my service. I don’t expect to be praised every single service or every single time, but it is always so nice to hear! I am constantly learning and pushing myself to learn new things. If you would’ve told me a year ago that I fell in love with facial massage, I would’ve laughed at you. And now I simply don’t like not including facial massage with all my facials.
