⚠️⚠️⚠️Friendly reminders, especially as we enter sick season!⚠️⚠️⚠️

1.) when booking an appointment, please read all policies. This includes, but is not limited to- sick policies, deposits, managing appointments. When booking, you agree to all policies.

2.) ALL appointments require a 50% deposit upon booking. This deposit is taken from your account at the time of booking and non-refundable unless canceled within 24 hours or more of your appointment. If you need to cancel the day of, you will loose your deposit. Your card number is saved on file automatically.

3.) when cashing out at the end of service, you may use the card on file, OR switch to a different card, cash, or Venmo!
I do not accept personal checks.

4.) i try very hard to work with anyone’s schedule, but i try to leave the salon every day around 5. Anyone needing in after 5, shoot me a message and we can try to work something out. A deposit is still required to book.

Unfortunately, i have to instill these policies. I love all my clients equally and do not want to upset anyone. However, i am a single momma who also needs to stay healthy and pay my bills. Canceling your appointment the day-of is like your boss saying “Come to work, but you won’t be paid for 2 hours.” Deposits not only hold your spot, but also ensure that I’m able to pay my bills if something were to happen to your appointment.

Please do not show up to your appointments sick. Mask or not, i will ask you to leave and will not rebook you. We need to come together as a community and help keep others safe and healthy. (This includes anyone you bring to your appointment as well- Regardless of age!)
