Ending our stylist spotlight with our owner and stylist Briana Green

I’ve been a hairstylist for 13 years, and for nearly three of those years, I’ve been at Elysian—where I recently had the perfect opportunity to become the owner. My career has been diverse, including full-time work behind the chair, managing a busy walk-in salon, teaching at a hair school, and gaining experience in a blow-dry bar.

Now that I’m back to working behind the chair full-time, I’m also training in French haircutting—because truly effortless hair requires expert skill. I specialize in hand-painted balayage for seamlessly blended color and love creating beautifully natural blonding results. And being a prematurely gray client myself you can always count on that gray blending or full coverage here as well!

When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me with my three kids (ages 12, 7, and 5), serving as their personal chauffeur to soccer, basketball, football, taekwondo, choir, piano, and gymnastics—just to name a few of their activities. If you see me with coffee in hand, you’ll know why!

I love Elysian and I’m so happy to be continuing my career both serving my stylists as the owner and my clients for years to come.

Roxanne joined us from Omaha about a year and a half ago and has fit in perfect with the group at Elysian

My name is Roxanne Evans, and I have been a cosmetologist for 19 years. I absolutely love what I do! My clients are a huge part of my life, and I enjoy building lifelong relationships that I truly cherish. I specialize in designing cuts, colors, and styles that complement both you and your lifestyle. I particularly enjoy blonding, balayage, working with vivids, and color transformations. Whether you prefer a simple look or want to change things up by adding length and fullness with hair extensions, I’m your girl! Some of my favorite moments behind the chair include styling wedding and formal hair and makeup.

When I’m not in the salon, you can find me spending time with my boys, enjoying the outdoors, or reading a good book. I truly love my salon family!

Meet Kaylee, a truly uplifting stylist at Elysian for over three years.

I’ve been a stylist for over 8 years, and my goal is to create a relaxed, laid-back experience every time you’re in my chair. I specialize in creating lived-in colors that last and give you that “Did you just get your hair done?” look all the way until your next visit! I’m also a fan of fun, textured haircuts that really bring out your unique style.

When it comes to hair care, I like to take a holistic approach—whether it’s the products I recommend or the food I love to cook. Outside the salon, you’ll find me tending to my garden, caring for my chickens, and working on building my homestead. I’m all about creating a balanced, sustainable life, and I love bringing that same energy into everything I do.

Tia Lucchino is a seasoned hairstylist with 24 years of experience, dedicated to helping people feel their best—whether in the salon, where she works a few days a week, or at Peak Vitality, where she spends the rest of her time focusing on hormone optimization. A devoted wife to Steve and a proud mother to three active boys, she balances family life with her love for health and fitness. Tia thrives on making a positive impact, empowering others to look and feel their absolute best in every aspect of life.

My name is Rachel Weigman and I’m new to the Elysian family!

For the past 19 years, being a hairstylist has been more than just a career—it’s been a journey filled with incredible friendships and meaningful conversations. I love hearing my clients’ stories, celebrating their milestones, and being a part of their lives in a small but special way.

Outside of the salon, I’m a wife of 18 years to my best friend and a proud mom to three beautiful children, ages 9, 10, and 13. As a Lincoln native, I’ve always had a love for creativity, which led me to start my small business, Hello Joy. I create and sell earrings, headbands, bracelets, and more, with a storefront at the Painted Tree. You can also find me at most Lincoln farmers markets and various vendor shows throughout the year.

When it comes to hair, I specialize in color and extensions, but more than anything, I love making my clients feel beautiful and confident. Whether it’s a bold new look or a subtle refresh, my goal is always to enhance their natural beauty and help them walk out feeling their best.

My name is Katie Chavis, I have been a hairstylist for over 22 years now. I’m very blessed to have a clientele that I can call my second family. I have mixture of all ages along with men and women. My favorite skill sets are color/cuts while enjoying connecting with people. No one is a stranger after sitting in my chair!😊. I mostly lived in the country while growing up and was taught some valuable lessons/hard work, I have my parents to thank for that! I’m married to my best friend Brantly for almost 6 years. We love to travel and learn about different areas and w**e. My favorite hobby is to bike outside along with health/wellness. When we travel I also like seeing all the new trends to help stay on top of my hair business! I have been at Elysian Suite Salon for over 3 years and absolutely love the salon along with the beautiful ladies here!🥰

We’ve witnessed remarkable growth at Elysian this year. A new owner took over in February, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter. Although it was bittersweet to see Paden go, we are thrilled to have kept the ownership within the Elysian family with Briana Green . In March, we expanded our team with the addition of a new member and are delighted to have Hair by Rachel Joy on board

📣 Elysian will have a room available beginning in January! One of our lovely stylists is going part time so we have some room to fill! 11x16 private room with many amenities.
