Hello everyone!!!!! As you all know working 1 day a week has its ups and downs for you, my clients. June is completely full at the moment ALREADY and the first half of July! I am looking at opening some Saturday mornings to try to get everyone in. If that’s something you would be interested in please leave a comment here so I can figure out how many days and hours to try to make available!!!

I wanted to share an update with you all. Starting 07/01/2026, my massage rates will be changing:

• 60-minute session will be: $125
• 90-minute session will be: $180

This decision wasn’t made lightly. Over time, I’ve continued to invest in my education, skills, and the overall experience I provide so I can give you the best care possible—and this adjustment helps me continue to do that.

I will also be spending the time, money and energy into creating courses to teach continuing education classes for other massage therapists which is very exciting!

I’m so grateful for each of you who trusts me with your care and well-being. Your support truly means everything to me, and it’s an honor to be part of your health journey.

Hey all! I just completed my first week at LP Fitness. Haven’t been to a gym in 10 years. If you’re looking for a gym, this place is the bees knees.
