I still have an opening at 4pm today for either a 60 or 90 minute session at my Lincoln location. Text me if you are interested in coming in. With the end of spring and the beginning of summer, I will be whipping up a fresh batch of my lavender salve that is good for bug bites or other minor skin irritations, some insect repellent along with my sugar scrubs to help get some of that garden dirt off you hands. If you are interested in the sugar scrubs and have a certain essential oil you would like to add to it please reach out to me and i will get that mixed up for you

Well we made it through the month of May. Between the Lincoln Marathon, Mothers day, graduations, and Memorial weekend this month just blew by. If any of you have had a crazy month like my family, I have some openings available coming up. I even got a cancelation today at 5:15pm that I will be willing to take $15 the regular price for a 60 minute session. Be ready for road blocks

Ready to race?? The 49th Lincoln Marathon and Half Marathon is on Sunday. These are the maps you’ll want to save for details about the starting line, full course and finish line.

The race starts at 14th and Vine Streets at 6:55 a.m. on May 3. Lincoln Police are working closely with our partner agencies to prepare throughout the week and on Race Day. As you’re planning, remember there will be various road closures during the marathon. It’s a team effort to make this a fun and memorable day for our racers with minimal impact on the community.

Road openings and race day photos will be posted LIVE on so make sure to follow us on X. If you’re not participating, grab a seat along the route and cheer on everyone who has put in so much work to prepare for Sunday. 🏃‍♂️👨‍🦽🚶‍♂️
