Why some appt may take 2-3 hours:

We discuss all the concerns. Whether the enhancement is lifting, breaking/broken, or if the nail health is compromised, we go over how I fix it and how to prevent future incidents.

Every set is prepped carefully to ensure maximum adhesion. One wrong move and the prep may have to be re-done.

Together we decide on the length, shape, color, and design that best fits you and your lifestyle.

Art is a very broad word, but nail art takes time. Remember we are working on tiny canvasses and each tiny detail matters.

PS: I work in a private suite where I do not regulate the temperature of the room. This detail can change the consistency of products and make it difficult to work with, delaying a service as well.

Three tips to help care for your nails (swipe for more):

1- Don’t use your nails as tools: opening cans, scraping labels or prying objects can cause lifting, cracks, or even painful breaks. Use the side of your finger, a knuckle or a tool to help you lift things.

2- Don’t pick or peel your nails or polish: nail techs are trained to recognize when a nail enhancement has been aggressively removed. Not only will the natural nail be damaged, but it can also cause the adhesion of any nail product to be compromised. If the nail plate is severely damaged, the nail technician can recommend letting the nail HEAL, also known as, fully growing out the natural nail from cuticle area to free edge before applying new product.

3- Book your next appointment in advance: not only will your appointment be locked in, it can help you stay consistent with your nail maintenance.
