We spend a LOT of time together, but when weâre at the salon, weâre usually in work mode.
Once a quarter, we make it a point to get out of the salon and just have FUN together.
Because even though weâre coworkers, having a real connection with the people you work beside every day makes work a whole lot more fun too.
It gives us a chance to laugh, catch up, and actually get to know each other outside of what happens behind the chair.
