Hair salon:

Black box color is one of the most difficult colors to remove in hair. Depending on the box color or brand, it can have metallic dies other sources of pigments that penetrates into the hair cuticle, which makes the removal a difficult process.

Doing the test strand shows her natural hair, and the bottom shows where the box color was still living.

Don’t do the black box color because if you want to be any other color besides brunette, sorry that’s all you will be getting. Coloring your hair back to your “natural hair color” doesnt mean it’s back to your natural hair color.
