Alex is a Certified Massage Therapist and Health Educator who trained at the National Holistic Institute in both Western and Eastern modalities. With a background in patient care, she brings a thoughtful, whole-body approach to every session.

Her goal is simple: create a safe, personalized experience that helps you release tension, reduce stress, and feel more balanced.

📢 IMPORTANT CALIFORNIA UPDATE

AB 1703 has officially been signed into law — and there’s good news for massage therapy! 💚

The original language raised concerns that it could unintentionally affect manual therapy techniques used by massage professionals. CAMTC advocated for clarification, and the final law now specifies that nothing in the provision prohibits massage services authorized by California law.

✨ What this means: Massage professionals can continue providing legally authorized massage services within their training and scope of practice.

We’re grateful to CAMTC and everyone who worked to help protect the practice of massage therapy in California.
