My favorite facial fidget tool. Yes, there are benefits. Yes, they are typically sold as an “energetic” tool. But no, I will not be talking about that.

I use them in a facial as a nervous system reset, to stimulate the skin, lymphatic drainage, and fascia /muscle release. Mainly to quiet my client and bring them into the present. That is what they feel the most, along with a sense of calm and safety. I use the forks and my hands - it is a lovely combo.

I use them at home for those reasons plus to help me wind down and get ready for sleep. I use them on my scalp for hair stimulation and because I still have numbness on my head from surgery. I feel like they have helped with nerve regrowth and definitely with fluid drainage.

How you use them is up to you. If you are into the energetic aspect, the healing aspect, acupuncture points and all the other ways to use the tuning forks, that is amazing. I want to keep my information practical and focused on skin.
