One of the biggest misconceptions in aesthetics is that every tired-looking under eye needs filler.
Sometimes it does.
Many times, it doesn’t.
When the skin under the eye becomes thin, collagen declines, and the tissue loses strength, placing filler into that environment can produce results that are heavier, puffier, or simply less natural than people hoped for.
Our philosophy is different.
Before we even discuss under-eye filler, we ask whether we can improve the quality of the tissue itself.
That’s why you’ll often hear us recommend a series of microneedling or laser treatments first. These treatments stimulate your body’s own collagen, strengthen the skin, improve texture, and often soften the appearance of hollows without adding volume.
