Our new Muscle Recover Soap. I was looking at some essential oils I had and came up with a blend for tired muscles. It has oils of

Plai, which is related to ginger and is said to help
muscular aches, spasms, and post-exercise tension
Copaiba, a tree from the Amazon said to decrease inflammation
Orange and Peppermint to revive tired senses
Tea tree oil to help cleanse away dirt and oil from a workout
Chili pepper to ease tension (not enough to provide heat)

Along with comfrey leaf in the bar for exfoliation. We hope you find this bar uplifting and help combat both physical and mental fatigue.

I think pumpkin soup is a fitting dinner for this fall weather. Pumpkin is high in antioxidants including Vitamin A which helps the skin. Eat lots of it this fall for good skin. This is the same kind of pumpkin we use for making pumpkin soap! What do you like to eat in the fall?

We took a quick trip to Rocky Mountain National Park in search of golden aspens. We had a nice walk around Sprague Lake it was such a beautiful day. Where is your favorite place to see fall colors?

Once a year we invite customers, friends and the curious to come visit our Longmont farm for a tour. This Sunday we will have a free tour from 1-2:30. We start in the driveway, walk around the farm to identify some of the plants we use in our skincare products and how we use them. Please dress for the weather and wear good shoes as the ground can be uneven. We will have a few chairs in case people need them. The store will be open for shopping afterward. We ask that you rsvp just so we get an approx head count. We look forward to seeing you!
