Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. As a small business, appointments are reserved specifically for each client, and last-minute cancellations or missed appointments make it difficult for us to fill that time.

Cancellation Policy

* Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
* No-shows or cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
* Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. The appointment may be considered a late cancellation, and the applicable fee may apply.
* Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit or prepayment before future appointments can be booked.

Appointment Deposits
Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward your service and are non-refundable when the appointment is cancelled outside of our cancellation policy.

Emergencies
We understand that genuine emergencies happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion depending on the circumstances.
