Over the last 5 days alone, I’ve had 5 no-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice). Please be mindful when making your appointment.

While this is not the fault of my loyal current and future clients, I have to make a business decision to protect my schedule and income. Moving forward, all appointments will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service at checkout.

When appointments are missed or canceled at the last minute, that appointment time cannot typically be filled, which means I do not get paid for that reserved time. As a small business owner, my income significantly helps provide for my family, pay our bills, put food on the table, and cover the costs associated with serving each of my clients.

Thank you for understanding, respecting my time, and supporting my small business. I truly appreciate each and every one of you and look forward to continuing to serve you.
