And you don't have to force your body into shapes it isn't ready for.
Chair Yoga offers a different way to move - one that gives you support, stability, and choice throughout the entire practice. We'll use the chair to help you move gently, work with your range of motion, connect with your breath, and notice what your body needs that day.
No competition. No “pushing through.” No expectation that your body should look a certain way. Just movement that meets you where you are.

One of my favorite parts of this work is that no two bodies - or two sessions - are exactly alike.
Your massage should be responsive to you, not a routine someone runs through on autopilot.
If you've been putting off booking, let's change that.

I can't wait to help you feel a little more at home in your body.

You know who should come try yoga with you?
The friend who keeps saying:
“I need to move more.”
“I really need to stretch.”
“My back is killing me.”
“I've always wanted to try yoga.”
“I don't think I'm flexible enough.”
Bring them. ❤️
Your first yoga class is FREE, so there's no reason to keep wondering whether it's for you. Come together. Try something new. Laugh if you wobble. Take breaks. Breathe. Move at your own pace. Here, there is absolutely no requirement to be “good” at yoga.
And because classes are limited to 6 people, you're not walking into a packed room where you feel like everyone is watching you.

Your nervous system deserves a yoga class, too. Sometimes we need movement. Sometimes we need stillness. And sometimes we need a little bit of both.
That's what we practice in Gentle Yoga.
Slow, accessible movement. Intentional breathing. Choices instead of commands. A quiet, sensory-friendly environment where you don't have to worry about keeping up.
This is a particularly welcoming space for neurodivergent folks, sensory-sensitive bodies, beginners, older adults, and anyone who simply wants yoga to feel less intimidating.

“Just relax.”
If you’re neurodivergent, you’ve probably heard those words more times than you can count. But relaxing isn’t always something you can simply decide to do. Your environment matters. Your sensory input matters. Knowing what’s coming next matters. Feeling safe matters.
That’s why the way I approach massage is about more than working on tight muscles. With Ashiatsu, the pressure can be slow, broad, rhythmic, and predictable. And throughout your session, you’re still in control.
Need quiet? Absolutely.
Need to know what’s happening next? I’ve got you.
Need to pause or change something? Please do.
Your nervous system isn't an inconvenience to work around. It’s part of you. And it deserves to be considered.
I wrote more about this - and why barefoot massage may be particularly supportive for neurodivergent clients.

“I’m not flexible enough for yoga.”
Good. You don't need to be.
Chair Yoga isn't a flexibility test. It's a chance to move in a way that feels supportive for your body.
If you're dealing with stiffness, pain, limited mobility, sensory sensitivities, or you simply prefer a little extra support while you move, this class was created with you in mind.
We'll use the chair for support while moving slowly and intentionally, with plenty of opportunities to pause, modify, or simply breathe. And because the class is limited to 6 people, there's room for a quieter, more individualized experience.

Yoga doesn't have to hurt to be helpful.
If your body needs a little more support, Chair Yoga might be exactly what you’ve been looking for.
This class is intentionally slow, accessible, and nervous-system friendly. Every movement can be adapted to where your body is that day, and you never have to push through something that doesn’t feel right.

You don't have to be flexible. You just have to show up as you are.
09/07/2026
You don't have to earn rest. You don't have to finish everything first. You don't have to take care of everyone else before you're allowed to take care of yourself. You don't have to wait until you're completely burned out. And you definitely don't have to wait until your body is screaming at you.
Sometimes self-care looks like a massage appointment. A quiet room. A little time away from the noise. Someone asking what your body needs - and actually listening.
If it's been a while since you've done something that was just for you, maybe it's time.
