Hi! It’s 2022 Julie and I just wanted to pop in, check in, see how you’re doing and remind you to make your hair appointment for the holidays. Trust me, I’m on the other side of the holidays and I’m looking through some pictures with solid ROOTS staring straight at me! Those poor girls.. So, tell yo friends. Tell yo momma. Remind everryyyybody that they need to make those appointments now! I don’t care who does their hair. Trust me, your hairstylist wants to enjoy their family time too this time off year. So don’t stress them out waiting til the last minute. And I mean, I hear the complaints when your hair doesn’t photograph well. 😉

Oh, and thanks to Kimberly Wallace, & a future touch up by Brittany Marshall, my color will be 🔥 for the holidays! 🙌 🦃 🎄

Ok, real hair talk: Have you ever had a not-so-great hair day because your clip or bobby pin just continues to slip out of your hair??

Like finally, you give up right? GIRL I FEEL YOU! And I’m here for you! My fine, texture-less hair likes to slip out of clips, ponytails, braids, etc.

Enter: dry texture spray or dry shampoo. USE THIS TOOL, FRIEND! Spray it on your hair or on your hair accessory to give a little extra grip and let the good hair days roll. ✌️

Shanna sat down in my chair and said, “Let’s go back red!” See, right before the shut down last year I started transitioning Shanna from an auburn color to a blonde. NOT an easy transition, but she did it with grace! Now here we are, a little over a year later, and it was just time.
I feel ya sister.
Somehow I let myself stay blonde for SIX years!! 😱 I think that’s the longest I’ve stayed one color! I claimed my red roots back as well this year. It’s always my go-to, feel-good color. It’s cozy & natural looking, yet it’s bold and strong! It’s so intriguing to me how a change in hair color can make us feel ENTIRELY different. What does your fave haircolor make you feel like??!!
