⭐️ So my intent was to lose weight because I had been receiving a lot of comments/doubts and it was a little challenging doing basics routines. if you know me I’m extremely hard on myself always trying to make things as close to perfect as possible blah blah blah basically got super insecure and definitely didn’t like the weight lost aka my b***s and butt was disappearing and i felt like a child. So with that I made a change in my regimen and long behold I was putting back on weight. Of course came comments and stepping on the scale didn’t help because it wasn’t going anywhere. Then I had to remind myself that this time last year I was at my heaviest (164lbs), emotionally eating, insecure,developing new stretch marks and fearing taking my clothes off in front of anyone.

⭐️Therefore this little 5lbs and 3in means a lot to me especially seeing where I came from mentally and physically. Im not doing this to please anyone but myself and it feels amazing. It’s only up from here like literally the scale finna go up cause these gains is comin 😝
