Botox, dermal fillers and all aesthetic needs!
The “save money and do it yourself” argument is WILD to me. 😭
Because aesthetics is an elective luxury, not something you need to be doing at home to survive. If it’s outside your budget right now, that’s okay! You do not need to take matters into your own hands.
There’s a reason medical professionals spend years learning anatomy, training, and managing complications. Watching tutorials and buying a kit cannot replace that.
And the part that gets me? When something goes wrong, someone still has to deal with the consequences. I’ve seen how serious those complications can be, and it’s not worth risking your health over a cosmetic treatment.
You can always save up for a treatment. You cannot guarantee you’ll avoid the complications. 💉

The Bratz aesthetic is cute. The human face is not a cartoon template. 😂
I’m all for having fun with aesthetics, and I’m definitely not here to tell anyone they have to look “natural.” But there’s a difference between choosing an aesthetic and completely ignoring the anatomy you’re working with.
Your lips have their own proportions, structure, tissue, and history. Especially when there’s already filler present, adding more just to chase a specific trend can create problems down the road.
And when the goal becomes recreating a character instead of enhancing what already works with your features, that’s where things can go very wrong. 😬
“Bratz lips.” “Bimbo lips.” Whatever we’re calling the trend this week, please remember that your face is not a template.
Good injecting should work with your anatomy, not fight against it. 💉

Breast tissue is where I’m drawing the line. 😬
I’m seeing more and more injections online that make me stop and ask WHO decided this was a good idea?
The breast is not an area where I’d ever want to be guessing about anatomy, product, depth, sterility, or what could happen if something goes wrong. And when the substance being injected isn’t even clearly identified? 🚩
I genuinely don’t care how many views a procedure has. If you’re considering something like this, you should know exactly what’s being injected, why it’s being used, and who is qualified to perform it.
There is a difference between aesthetic medicine and just… putting things in people. 😭💉
Please be careful out there.

Opto friends… I’m gonna need you to clock in for this one. 👀😂
Because I have QUESTIONS.
I know enough to understand that anything involving an injection into or around the eye is serious business, but this is way outside my scope.
And before anyone gets confused: retrobulbar/peribulbar hyaluronidase can be discussed in the context of a true filler-related vision emergency. But that is VERY different from casually injecting around the globe as part of a procedure.
Vision loss from filler is rare, but it is a true ophthalmic emergency, and management needs to happen FAST. Retrobulbar hyaluronidase itself is also controversial and carries its own risks, so this is absolutely not a “grab a needle and figure it out” situation.
So I’m genuinely asking my ophthalmology friends:
WHAT am I looking at here?!
Because I’m an aesthetics girl, not an eye girl, and I would very much like someone qualified to explain this one to me. 😂

Okay, THIS is where I have thoughts. 😂
First of all, I actually appreciate her saying that every procedure has risks. Because YES. 👏🏼 A treatment can be amazing for thousands of people and still not be the right move for everyone.
But there’s a LOT we don’t know from this video.
We don’t know exactly what was injected, where it was injected, how much was used, or what her anatomy looked like beforehand. And those details MATTER.
The Nefertiti lift is meant to create a more defined, lifted appearance by strategically relaxing certain muscles. But if you over-relax the wrong muscles or treat an area with existing laxity, you can potentially change how the neck and lower face look.
And one more thing… 👀
Neck laxity ≠ jowling. Jowling refers to sagging along the jawline. So I’m not exactly sure what she means by calling the changes in her neck “jowling.”
After treating 10,000+ people with neuromodulators, I personally have never seen Botox cause the type of skin laxity she’s describing.
BUT that doesn’t mean we should dismiss her experience.
It means we should be asking WHY it happened instead of immediately blaming the toxin.
Because anatomy is anatomy. Genetics matter. Weight changes matter. Skin quality matters. Collagen and elastin matter. And your injector’s technique matters A LOT.
So yes, PSA: every aesthetic treatment has risks.
And yes, I’m still going to inject. 😂💉

Okay, I have ONE problem with this list… 😂
PRX? Absolutely.
Monopolar RF? Love it.
Botox? Obviously. 💉
Microneedling with VAMP? YES!
VIPeel? HELL YA!
But CoolPeel Fusion didn’t make the cut?! 👀
That’s like my boy Lil Wayne being just as shocked that Eminem didn’t make the top 5 rappers list and Gucci Mane did 🤣🤣
Because if you’ve seen what CoolPeel Fusion can do, you already know why I’m fighting for my girl.
Phenol peels are one of those treatments that make me go… are we really still doing this? 😅
I know dramatic results get attention, but in aesthetics, I’m always asking a bigger question:
Can we get a comparable result without taking on unnecessary risk?
Phenol peels can be extremely aggressive, with significant potential complications and a much more involved recovery.
Meanwhile, we have advanced resurfacing technology that can deliver impressive results with a completely different approach to treating the skin.
So no, I’m not impressed just because something looks intense. 😂
I care about results, safety, and whether the treatment actually makes sense for the person sitting in my chair.
And sometimes newer technology exists for a reason. 👏🏼

A little more volume, a little more definition, and a whole lot of lip. 👄✨
This result was all about enhancing the natural shape while creating a fuller, more defined pout.

Full face tox, but make it ✨intentional✨
This is why I love a full-face approach. Instead of focusing on just one area, we can look at the face as a whole and make subtle adjustments that complement each other.
The goal? Softer, balanced, refreshed… while still looking like YOU. 😌
And yes, she can still move her face. 😂💉
