Hi, Facebook and Instagram
I’ve been trying to apply for verification (blue badge) for my professional account on Instagram, which showcases my work as a braider and location — over 1,200 posts, hundreds of real clients tagging me, and more that 7 years of consistent content.
But I get a strange message:
“Switch to production build — you are using a non-standard version of the app.”
For several years now, this account has suffered from strange bugs, glitches.

This is confusing because:
✅I always download the app from the official Google Play Store.
✅I use original Samsung Galaxy devices.
✅My personal account works fine on the same phone — only my business account has this issue.

As a result, I’m not able to apply for verification or access other professional features.
Could someone please investigate this bug on the server/account level?
This account is essential to my business, and I’d deeply appreciate help.
