LA Core Energetics

Through group and/or individual work Charlotte will work to help you explore and reclaim and release the locked, frozen feelings that are held in your body in order to reconnect to the goodness, power and love at the core of your being Beyond my training, I bring the wisdom, healing and consciousness of my own 30 year journey of healing and self transformation. During this time, I delved deeply into the wounds & psychology behind addiction, particularly eating and relationship disorders. I am an empath who bring deep insight, healing and compassion to my work, as well as a desire & commitment to help others find a way out of their suffering and open to their deepest feelings, longings and gifts. I love working with 12 step members as the consciousness they bring combines so perfectly with the emotional and physical release work of Core Energetics. Look for postings of upcoming workshops and/or process groups. I also work individually with clients.
