1 year ago, I opened the doors to this space. This studio isn’t just my work place - it’s a dream I had for years.
It took me a long time to get here… I was at the same location for 13 years! For a while, I thought this was never going to happen.
I know now that it was just my fear talking. If you ever feel discouraged on your dream remember that everything happens when they are supposed to.
Two years in, I’m still grateful every time I unlock my door.

Yesterday was one of those days that stays with you. ✨
A room filled with beautiful energy, open hearts, curiosity, connection, and a little bit of magic.
Our Reiki 1 workshop, led by Donavon Lockett was, in many ways, an invitation to reconnect - to our energy, our intuition, our bodies, and to the quiet space underneath the noise.
Thank you to everyone who showed up with an open heart and trusted us to hold space for you. 🤍
I’m still processing the energy from yesterday… needing to just be. But feeling abundantly grateful. 🧿

My Fall 🍂 skin prescription:
Every September my clients ask me the same thing: “What should I be doing for my skin now that summer’s over?”
Here’s 3 simple tips:
