Alright guys time to get serious. I honestly haven’t been working out during quarantine and need to get back at it. Mentally, physically, emotionally. If you know me well, you know I struggle with body dysmorphia and self image issues and anxiety. I went from training and competing in shows > being pregnant > now. I’ve lost a lot of weight this year and fluctuated. People always wanna comment on my body and weight say I’m too thick or too thin or whatever but I need to start feeling good and not caring what others think. And all of you should embrace and love your body. Don’t let people get you down. I love you all ❤️ thanks for listening.
Day 1 back to working out. I’ll keep y’all updated.

Happy 4th everyone ♥️
