What is SirenYoga™ exactly? Glad you’ve asked! SirenYoga™ is a total-submersion wellness experience. Our sessions combine the benefits of yoga with the healing factors of therapeutic aqua exercise and the adventures of scuba diving. Using scuba-grade SAS, you’ll build strength without stress, increase flexibility without strain and find your open water. Get your mermaid glow on as you take your downward-dog down under the sea, experiencing a gentle yoga flow with restorative aquatic support.

On a more personal note, this journey has been anchored in a complete life shift for me. I always thought my life would revolve around fieldwork, doctoral research, & maritime archaeology. In 2016, a family tragedy forced a revaluation of my priorities, I began to question the idea of having one identity forever. What emerged from this was the idea of combining my love of scuba diving and of practicing yoga. I had initially tried yoga to better control my breathing while working in scientific scuba diving, but it became my saving grace for self-care during an emotional time. I will never leave the field of archaeology & plan to continue researching for groundbreaking projects, like Slave Wrecks Project (in accordance with ) and . That said, I want to journey on this new path forward in wellness, meditation, and spirituality, all the while creating a new yogic unity between the terrestrial and the submerged- the place I feel most at peace in this world.
