Small blessings in a Kroger bag!! With the colder weather approaching, I’d like to get a head start! As many of my clients know, I moved to an area where there are unfortunately a lot less fortunate beautiful souls. Many are houseless, and or in a time of their life, where things are not so easy. So with that in mind, I ask as you transition your closets, I would love to have your donations!! Preferably sweats, jackets, gloves, blankets, anything warm, you’re looking to part with! New, old, I don’t care, and guarantee you they don’t either when this temperature drops!! Purchase items, socks, hand warmers, the HALLOWEEN CANDY you don’t want! Or a box of anything individually wrapped or whatever. What do I do with these items? My son and I load a Kroger bag, with the items we have, hat hand warmers, socks, sweatshirt, and a snack, tie the bag shut, we load a larger bag to keep in the car, and when either of us see someone less fortunate, we offer them a bag, some we toss to off the expressway. Traffics moving constantly, so all bags are tossable, but, it’s something small we can do to help others, it’s a life lesson that I’m teaching my son. So… for every bag of stuff you bring to me, I will continue to offer 20% off any service. As long as it’s cold outside, I will continue to offer this! Help me help others, and know, it’s being handed directly to those in need! Bring the bag, receive 20% off right then and there!!

There’s something about being a hair stylist that just gets me! I love my clients stories, their lives, and being special enough to be a tiny, small part of it!! The ups the downs! All the in between! Some say we are the therapists, but I hope I’m a voice of reason, a non judgmental figure standing behind you, knowing life throws everyone curve balls, and it’s ok to learn life’s lessons, as long as you get back up! Yes! Even the dark, that will fade naturally, with out a harsh “root” line. Discussing maintenance with your stylist is always extremely important! Life is busy, we get it! And yes! To 8 amazing years!! 8 years I’ve been on my own, being my own boss, and I can’t thank anyone, and everyone enough who has supported, and sat in my chair along the way!! Thank you!!
