Like an oasis 🌴✨
🌴 .love is like an oasis, a hidden gem that feels like an escape. It's a brunch and comfort food restaurant in the middle of an office building.
🌴The atmosphere was amazing, the servers so nice, and the food was good.
What we ordered:
✨ roasted potatoes
✨ honey roasted brussel sprouts (this was my favorite dish. Full of flavor!)
✨ wagyu smash burger
✨ skirt cheesesteak
The beverages (all three top notch)
✨ cafe con leche
✨ fresh squeezed orange juice
✨ passion fruit

✨ "I love her free spirit" a woman told my husband......
That meant a lot to me because i spent so many years caring what people thought so much that i think it actually made myself physically ill.
I'm one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Kindness means a lot to me. But whether i meet up to someone's expectations of me is not my business. That's between them and their maker.
✨ I had so much fun making this, even though i knew a couple was sitting there watching me as my husband was filming it. I pushed aside any uncomfortableness, and you know, the lady was the one that gave me that compliment ☺️💗

✨ if i can't see it, it is my business: I've got long hair, so what is mostly seen is in the back.
I take steps to make sure it looks good:
✨ I style it in sections.
✨ l put my fingers in near the roots when wet and give a slight lift and little shake so it doesn't get stuck to the scalp and end up looking wonky.
✨ Diffuse upside down and side to side.
✨ Always diffuse till about 70% dry, then air dry the rest.
✨ I wash it in the evening, leave it in the cast, and break it the next morning.

✨ Great curls, family, and food 💗
✨ restaurant is one of the best Mexican food restaurants I've ever experienced! The food was absolutely amazing! It's casual, with fun vibrant colors throughout.
We had:
✨street tacos
✨jalapeño potatoes
✨oaxacan latte
✨strawberry cold foam matcha
✨We'll definitely be going back 😋

Happy Mother's Day! Swipe to see my babies.
I know, I'm a day late, but I was spending the last day with my daughter and the babies before they went home ☺️
No, Motherhood doesn't define me, but it has helped shape me into the woman i am today. It has made me a better person. It's a kind of love that's hard to describe, that feels so infinite that it's hard to believe your heart can contain it.
I will forever be thankful and grateful that God blessed me with being able to bring these two beautiful humans into the world.
To all the Mamas out there, to the Mamas with babies in heaven (i have two), and to the mothers to be, Happy Mother's Day! 💗
