At Metteluna Massage NLP Coaching & Hypnosis I enjoy going beyond just every day self care. This past year, I have had the pleasure of diving in to all three levels of training to now support clients with next level support: Physical, Mental, and Energetic work is now all offered at Metteluna. New events are being posted to reflect the new offerings that integrate Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis, and physical pain management all in their own experience. I am so excited to start sharing more content reflecting what's coming!
For this session, I worked on an athlete and released all of his compensation patterns that kept him from accessing his most fundamental and efficient strength patterns. These sessions include breathing resets that make it possible for long term shifts. Sessions like these make it possible to remove silly stress patterns that create chronic pain and difficulties for lifts or every day life.
I also use this pattern when someone is in an acute back pain issue (that is rooted in compensation spasms) and I have not found anybody else local who approaches things quite like it. So awesome to have tools like these!
