And so do many of the things we’ve normalized—air pollution, contaminated water, ultra-processed food, chronic stress, and even the treatments that are meant to help.

This isn’t about blame. It’s about remembering that our bodies were designed to detox, repair, and adapt when we give them the support they need.

Sweating alone won’t cure cancer. But creating space for your body to do what it was built to do? That matters.

Take care of what takes care of you.

The noise of the mind can be so loud. We are finding so much solace in coming back into the body and remembering our Roots, we are whole just as we are.

It’s been so cool meeting so many fresh faces lately! Seeing humans feel renewed in our sauna is why we do what we do 🍃💫
